Scholarships Scholarships and grants are available to students in the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences from the
college and the university, as well as from external public and private organizations, such as the Florida
Independent College Fund.
Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida (ICUF) Scholarships Florida Independent College Fund NSU participates in scholarship programs administered by the Florida Independent College Fund (FICF), a nonprofit foundation that supports members of the Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida (ICUF). FICF and its corporate partners are dedicated to providing financial assistance to students attending Florida's independent colleges and universities. Students enrolled in either the Professional and Liberal Studies Program or the Career Development Program are eligible to apply for FICF scholarships. Eligibility and availability of FICF scholarships are subject to change without notice. Applications for FICF scholarships are first processed by the Office of the Dean. Students should review eligibility requirements and deadlines for available FICF scholarship opportunities and then apply by contacting Kirk Berner in the Office of the Dean at (954) 262-7918 or kirk@nova.edu.
