Event Check-in
- Students confirmed for this Virtual Shark Preview experience will receive an email with their personalized schedule including Zoom URLs for the sessions on Thursday and interviews on Friday.
- All Virtual Shark Preview events and interviews will be hosted online via Zoom, so please download Zoom to your devices in advance.
- We understand that you may have technical complications or extreme time zone differences that make it difficult to join the full Virtual Shark Preview Experience. You are only required to participate in the interview portion of your experience. The main sessions will be recorded and uploaded to this website after the event for your convenience.
Parent and Family Information
- Parents and family members are welcome to participate in the open sessions during Virtual Shark Preview. Please note, we kindly ask that parents and family members do not participate in the interviews.
Premier Programs Interview Tips and Summaries
- Our best piece of advice is to be yourself, have fun, and don't be afraid to ask questions! Let us know why you're ready to become a Shark and how NSU Florida's Premier Programs can help you achieve your dreams. We also recommend researching the career fields/areas of interest you're applying for and to review the Premier Program interview tips prepared by our Center for Academic and Professional Success (CAPS), linked below.
Attire Recommendations for Students
- Thursday's activities include a welcome check in, mock classroom experience, interview preparation, and getting to know current NSU students and other future Sharks. Casual attire like a T-shirt is appropriate.
- Friday will be your interview day. We highly recommend business casual or professional attire.
