Scholarships are one of the best ways to pay for your college education. They don’t cost you anything, you don’t have to pay them back and some are considered prestigious honors that you can reference on your resume.
Nova Southeastern University offers countless scholarship opportunities aimed at recognizing the academic achievement and leadership potential of current and future students. There are also numerous scholarships offered by private donors, corporations, nonprofits and other organizations that want to help deserving students pay for college.

Thanks to generous donations from alumni, corporations, donors and friends, NSU offers more than $59 million in university and college scholarships each academic year, including awards for first-year and continuing students. These scholarships recognize the academic achievement and leadership potential of talented current and future undergraduate students.

Dean’s Scholarship
This renewable scholarship is offered to both first-time college students and transfer students. Awards amounts vary.

Presidential Scholars
A scholarship program for top-performing first-time-in-college students.
Incoming freshmen who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement may be invited to interview for the Presidential Scholars program during Shark Preview Weekend. If invited to interview, applicants will also need to complete a Presidential Scholars Premier Program application.
The President’s Scholarship covers up to full tuition and is renewable for four years of full-time undergraduate enrollment or degree completion, whichever comes first.

Premier Programs require a supplemental application and an on-campus interview at Shark Preview Weekend.
Hochberg-Miniaci Razor’s Edge Scholars
These four-year residential programs offer unique hands-on experiences inside and beyond the classroom. A $22,000 - $25,000 annual scholarship is awarded to Hochberg-Miniaci Razor’s Edge Scholars.
The Fischler Academy of Education
Students earn a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in education in four years, are guaranteed a teaching job and receive a $22,000 annual tuition scholarship.
Huizenga Business Innovation Academy
Students earn a bachelor’s and an M.B.A. in four years, and receive a $22,000 annual tuition scholarship.
