We Would Love To Meet You and Your Family
Schedule your visit to NSU today.
Shorts weather in winter. A friendly, welcoming community near the beach. Cutting-edge labs and spacious dorms. A campus that feels like a resort. When you come to campus and experience all that Nova Southeastern University has to offer, you might not want to leave–don't say we didn't warn you!
How to Schedule Your Visit to NSU
The way to register for a visit to NSU Florida depends on the type of visit. If you’re in high school or are attending a different college and would like to see campus before you apply or enroll, a weekday student tour would be the right fit.
You can also add a visit to our state-of-the-art Oceanographic Campus if you’re interested in marine biology and research.
If you’re an admitted student who is also applying to a Premier Program, you should find out more about Shark Preview.
No matter how you choose to visit, we look forward to meeting you and your family!
Weekday Student Tours
Given by admissions ambassadors.
Your campus visit will consist of meeting with an admissions counselor to answer any questions you may have and a campus tour given by one of NSU's student ambassadors. Prepare to be on campus for about two hours to see everything—and be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes!
Shark Preview
For Premier Program applicants.
Shark Previews immerse admitted students in NSU culture. You’ll spend three days on campus while meeting your real professors and making friends from all over the world. This is also your opportunity to interview for admission to one of our prestigious Premier Programs like Dual Admission or Razor’s Edge Scholars.

Oceanographic Campus Visits
See where groundbreaking marine biology research happens.
The Halmos College of Arts and Sciences offers a daily tour of the NSU Guy Harvey Oceanographic Center. Please request your tour at least 48 hours in advance. To maximize your visit, we suggest selecting a 10 a.m. visit to the Fort Lauderdale/Davie campus, followed by the afternoon Oceanographic Campus tour. Be sure to allow for 30 minutes of travel between campuses.
High School Group Visits
Bring groups of 15-40 people from June to December.
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is pleased to host small group visits in the second half of the year. Tours must be scheduled at least one month in advance. To schedule your group visit, please contact campusvisit@nova.edu. Please note, we do not accept groups larger than forty or during the months of January through May.
